LandFund Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 2,345-acre farm in Phillips County, AR. This latest addition further strengthens the firm’s presence in the Mid-South, bringing its total holdings in the region to over 46,000 acres.

The property consists of 2,051 tillable acres, 91% of which are irrigated through a combination of irrigation wells for water-efficient furrow irrigation and center pivots. Featuring highly productive Class 2 silty soils, the farm has historically supported a crop rotation of cotton, corn, and soybeans. Under LFP ownership, this farm will see the implementation of regenerative practices and a continued focus on stewardship to restore soil health over time.

LandFund Partners specializes in row crop farmland across the Mid-South, leveraging abundant water resources, diverse crop production, and undervalued land to drive profitable investment opportunities. By leveraging expertise in farm management and sustainable land stewardship, LandFund Partners enhances productivity while maintaining the long-term health of the land for future generations.
